I believe we all have the answers we seek but due to different reasons in life we lose touch with our inner wisdom. I help people to re-connect with themselves so they can find their own answers and paths in life.
In our work together, I will help you to make sense of what is happening in your life. I will support you to gain awareness on how you navigate in the world and your active role in your situation. The aim is for you to begin to make informed choices about your future, your goals and your plans.
My holistic approach is focused on support, communication, relationship-building and self-awareness, empowering and supporting people to achieve their goals.
I pay attention to the person as a whole, focusing on the present moment and encouraging a balance between body, feeling, intellect and imagination. I also integrate different therapeutic models to suit your needs, like gestalt therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness and systemic therapy.
I provide a safe, confidential, supportive and nurturing environment where we can explore your needs together and agree what will be most effective for you.
